Welcome to IB Hair and Tan

Hi, my name is Ceci Mooney Menichini, I have over 35 years of experience under my belt in the hair and beauty industry. I started off as an assistant for a Redken educator/artist who taught me the value of listening to my clients needs and wants. Within a year I worked my way to my own chair doing hair, make-up, nails and skin. This led me to specialize in hair and make up.

I have worked in all areas of the beauty industry, to include managing both salons and beauty supplies, working full time as a make up artist and eventually becoming a salon consultant for John Paul Mitchell systems. I have over 5000 hours of education in the beauty industry with multiple name brands which has led me to soak it all in and make it my own.

Since 2009 I have focused on being behind the chair full-time while raising 4 children and managing everyone's lives and my love for hair. I have worked in multiple chair booth rental salons since 2009...I am now in a small 2 chair studio. My goal is to give my clients a relaxing experience with my undivided attention to get away from all the daily chaos where they can relax and be taken care of.
